Nicoleta is a technology and investment lawyer and AI legal expert. She has recognized contributions in the start-up and investor arena.

She was counsel for tech unicorn UiPath in the company’s US legal team, as well as external consultant for the EU Parliament and has provided policy recommendations on the regulation of AI, robotics, and online platforms.

She advises VC funds during their set-up, financing, and investment activities, and assists technology companies with, among others, their product, IP, security, go-to-market, and corporate legal matters.

Her experience as dispute resolution lawyer, unicorn and investors legal counsel and academic researcher allows Nicoleta to have a unique approach: analytical, legally sound, practical, business oriented and grounded in product insight at the same time.

Nicoleta is a member of the European Law Institute, the Robotics & AI Law Society, the IEEE’s Global Initiative on the Ethics of Extended Reality and the Z-Inspection® Initiative.
